Returns

Thank you for shopping with Amelia Rose. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to fault and/or the item is not as described you have 14 days from your order date to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original order confirmation to be accepted.

Shipping

If your item is faulty and/or not as described we will provide a printable courier label. To request a return and a return shipping label, please email us at ameliarosebabyboutique@outlook.com to discuss this further.

Refunds

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
